Shipping info for Australian Orders:

We ship to any address in Australia using Australia Posts Regular Tracked Satchel Bags or Express Post. 

Regular Tracked Shipping within Australia is FREE.

For in stock items, orders are processed and packed within 2 business days from day of placement.

For custom orders or out-of-stock orders we generally aim to handmake, process and pack your order within 5 business days, however we will communicate with you by email on timings if we expect it to take any longer than this for any reason.

For Standard Shipping, after your order is packed and posted, it takes between 2-7 business days for your order to arrive. 

For Express Post shipping, after your order is packed and posted, the order should arrive by the end of the next business day.

Orders that are delivered to your shipping address while no one is home will be left at an Australia Post office (usually your local one) or one specified on a card left in your letterbox.

If for some reason you do not receive your purchase within 7 business days of placing your order please email [email protected] with your full name and your order number. We will follow up on your purchase immediately!

Shipping info for orders outside of Australia:

We ship to New Zealand, US, UK, Canada and most countries in Europe and Asia. If you require shipping to somewhere in Europe or Asia please email us first so we can confirm we are able to ship to you before you place your order.

We use Australia Post 'Pack and Track' or 'Registered Post' parcels for International order depending on country.

Shipping outside of Australia is currently FREE.

For in stock items, orders are processed and packed within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For custom orders or out-of-stock orders we generally aim to process and pack your order within 7 days, however we will communicate with you by email on timings if this is the case.

After the order is packed and posted, your order should generally be delivered within 5 to 10 business days however it can take up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive depending on the country of delivery.

If for some reason you do not receive your purchase within 3 weeks of placing your order please email [email protected] with your full name and your order number and we will follow up on your shipment as quickly as possible.
