Because each and every MAX&99 product is handmade, each one may differ slightly in appearance to how they look in their photos. 

For non-faulty items:

We are not able to offer refunds for change of mind or ordering errors so please choose carefully and ensure all order details are correct before paying.

We will gladly exchange a product for you if you change your mind or prefer the look of another however you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and for the cost of shipping the replacement item out to you.

Returned items that are not in original condition (ie. marked, modified or damaged) will not be accepted and will be automatically returned to you. We reserve the right to reject a return if we deem it is not in the required condition.

For faulty items:

In the case of a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to repair, replace, exchange or offer a a full refund within 90-days from delivery.

If you discover a fault in your item within 90-days, please email [email protected] with a description of the fault (include photos if possible) and indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund and we will gladly email you back with instructions.
